I was working in Bore piling company and would like to share some field experience here. Bore piling usually has higher profit margin than building construction, the company i worked for has 30% and Pintaras has about 18 to 28% which looks possible as it is big company. Other than that earth retaining has greater margin, and low risks bcs it is more simple work than bore pile.
I heard now Malaysia bore pile market is lack in supply bcs the railway project have used many bore pile machine and thus push the profit margin higher for other project as clients cannot find many bore pile contractors, but at the same time labor costs were push higher as well.
